We gather this information to allow us to:
add you to our mailing list, if you ask us to, so that we can send you our monthly newsletter;
if you join the Finzi Friends, to send you information about workshops, study days and other events, CDs and books etc;
acknowledge you on our website for any contributions you make to our website message board;
reply to you if you contact us;
and publicise details of your performances, including performers’ names, if you ask us to.
The relevant information will be used by us and our sub-contractors (if applicable) to provide the service requested.
We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage to help us develop the website and our services and we may provide such information to third parties. These statistics will not include any information that could personally identify you.
We reserve the right to disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, or to protect ourselves or our users.
You should be aware that we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose, as the Internet is not a secure medium.
Alteration of personal details
If you wish to notify us of changes to your personal details, such as a change of email address, or if you wish to cancel your registration, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to receive details of the personal data held about you by us, you may write to us and request this. There is a fee for this service.
